Nana Patekar, 3 others reserved for molesting actors on movie set

A body of evidence was enlisted against veteran performer Nana Patekar and three others for purportedly attacking an on-screen character on the arrangements of a motion picture, police said Wednesday. 

A Bollywood performer had blamed on-screen character Patekar for explicitly irritating her on the arrangements of the film in 2008, an authority said. 

Following the on-screen character's dissension the case was enlisted at Oshiwara Police Station against Patekar, choreographer Ganesh Acharya, maker Samee Siddhiqui and executive of the motion picture, Rakesh Sarang, he said. 

"We have enrolled a body of evidence against Patekar and others under segment 354 (Assault or criminal power to lady with goal to shock her humility) and 509 (Word, signal or act planned to affront the unobtrusiveness of a woman)of IPC," Additional Commissioner of Police (West Region) Manojkumar Sharma said.  Starting at now no capture has been made up until this point, he said. 

"We are examining the case and enquiries are on with this respect," he added.

Prior at night, the performer had achieved the Oshiwara Police Station in burkha to record her announcement in regards to the case, another authority said. 

In the wake of chronicle the announcement, the police enrolled the offense late midnight , he said.
